Has anyone had that happen before? All of the sudden, my Sansamp decided that he wasnt going to produce any low end, and sounds like a blown speaker. But I turn the pedal off, and my cab is fine. It doesnt make that sound when I use my B3K or the overdrive channel on my head.

Is the pedal distorting? Does it happen with the Blend control up full? Blend at minimum?
I would say its like a super trebbly tinny distortion. Now I was using the blend and presence at full when I noticed it. But I turned the drive, the blend, AND the presence all down and turned the level up so I could hear it, and same thing.
I did buy the pedal brand new from Guitar Center back in February, wouldnt be able to find the receipt though.
If you guys require further testing on my end, I wont be able to try anything until I return home this Friday.
On a side note, I did take the pedal with me a few weeks ago, and it wouldnt work with a battery, only when powered by AC.

The pedal should be sent in for evaluation and repair. The Warranty would still be valid. If you can't find the receipt Guitar Center can either fax or email a copy to us.
Please contact our support department and provide your name, address, phone number and the units serial number. Also include a brief description of the problem.
