I average perhaps about 200 a month. Calling for the win. More efficient, and it's better to hear the other person's voice imo.

Texting is not all bad. I admit it's done in excess, even I do it a bit too much. But it's very convenient.

Yes, I was whipped by my GF at the time and that is why I had 12k txts. I'm glad I've moved on from that.

I don't mind people texting so much as when I'm trying to have a conversation and suddenly you're not of importance as they have to carry on this text conversation on their phone. Then they finish and look to you and say sorry, what were you saying? If it's like 1 time whatever but when it happens most of the time I just say, nothing and end the conversation there. I have no interest continuing a conversation with people that act like this.

Secondly, the only two people I know who can't text are my mom and my father in law. Thirdly, I can see where it could be annoying, such as if you're trying to talk to someone, etc, but I don't think it could be that big of a deal.
