ziltoid..i think all your pics of men in compromising positions are clever..but do you have at least one HOT lady bassist pic? for the sake of the thread? i dont want my grandkids to see this thread oneday and scratch their heads and say: "wow, grandpa started an alternative lifestyle thread that went viral?";););)

The reason that people quote the entire original post before responding with a +1 is because if they DON'T quote it, their "+1" might be interpreted as an agreement with another post in between the original post and their "+1". There are usually numerous posts between the original and the reply. So it's done for clarity. To ensure that the +1 is attributed to the correct post.

I love Kwesi in a non-brony way. But I felt this shop is the best representation of how this thread makes me feel. At least I did at the time. Now, I'm kind of feeling more like this:

Seriously man, don't overestimate yourself! This thread is proving a hot topic right now because its a bit of fun watching you unleash your fury. It will soon pass and consign itself to the 'Where Are They Now?' file.

And whenever you attempt to post in any further threads, folk will think "oh, here's that +1 thread guy". Nobody wants to be that guy. And yes, you'll say you ""don't care, and "bring it on"etc., but TB is a great site with lots of good folk. Seems nothing but deliberately antagonistic.

How did I know this thread was going to be filled with more +1s than any thread ever. :). But I agree. Doesn't even have to be a +1 to annoy me. I don't understand why people have to quote the op just to respond, which some people feel the need to do all the time. When its not at all necessary. When on a computer it doesn't really affect me, but on my phone or ipad it can come out to a lot more than 20 minutes a month. And if I'm driving on the highway, it can get me killed.








Just kidding on that last line there.

i dont mind the "Λ THIS' ians"as much. better yet, i believe whole-heartedly that the "+ 1 Army" is a dark...cheap spin-off of the " THIS'ians". this "this'ians "actually agree with a post..they highlight a bit of it,point and say "this". the + 1 army are a whole 'nother animal..they say "i agree, +1"..they want to one-up you..if you add "1" to ANY number (number of points in this case), doesnt that extra digit change the entire number? + 1?

When one is posting 5 pages and 3 days after an OP, it seems necessary in order for everyone to understand that the poster is replying to the OP, and not just jumping into the middle of a threads "conversation". Clarity is a wonderful thing, and there are some people here whom would it be of great benefit.

lmao, dearest titus..of COURSE all things come to an end..that doesnt "bother me though"..as i said,ive been here longer than my profile might suggest, you dont NEED to be registered here or even logged in to browse threads..thats what ive been doing for the longest..this is only my 1st thread. im honestly not concerned about being "that guy", i'd be more concerened being "that guy" whos so addicted, he/she, acts like talkbass is their living room and some anoymous guy is disrespecting their house, or "that guy" who takes comments from avatars on the other side of the world personally.

I can't stand when I post something that I think is really profound and nobody reads it because everyone in the thread is only responding to the OP and not reading other people's responses - therefore saying the same thing someone else already said, ad nauseum, when they could have gotten the answers to the cosmos from my humble post.

I have delusions of grandeur that have to be maintained or I'll cry.
