The 5+ Basses Owned Club

Currently I have:

An Ibanez SDGR of unknown model in pearl white,
A Peavey Zodiac in arctic white,
A '76 Columbus 'lawsuit' Fender Jazz copy in three colour sunburst,
A PBass clone I built from parts in translucent teal,
A Stingray 5 clone that I'm still putting together in saffron yellow,
...And a rather dodgy Lindo in a sort of wine red/purple shade. Even Lindo doesn't know what it is. I recently asked for ebay listing purposes.

-

I bought the Columbus first when I saw it leaning against the wall in a flea market to which I was dragged as I'd been intending to learn anyway, but it was too heavy for me at the time to play for very long so I bought the Lindo on ebay just so I had something lighter to learn on. Clearly I had no idea what to look for at the time. :p When I started to realise how dodgy it was, I bought the Peavey intending to sell the Lindo on but never quite got around to it.

Then I decided to teach myself how to repair/build and bought a couple of bodies and a neck on ebay to practice on. One body which was already loaded and became the PBass clone. I really only bought it because I liked the finish and will probably sell it on. The other body and neck is what I'm making my Stingray clone from and I'm doing a lot more with it. Refinishing, soldering etc. I'll probably keep that one. And finally, while online window shopping, I saw the Ibanez and ended up buying that too.

I'll be selling two of them, but they'll be replaced. I'm currently considering a Pedulla Rapture, Epiphone Zenith, Fender Jazz/Aerodyne, Maruszczak Frog, Gibson Ripper and a Lakland Decade.

TLDR;
I have either five or six basses, depending on whether you count the one that's still being built.

I'd like a number please.
I just got my 5th bass this week, with a 6th on the way!

Each one has a purpose (if you tell my wife differently, shame on you). Happy with this lineup, but I'm always searching for an upgrade in tone. This is a learning process for me.
