I went to GC to see about warranty work on my Ibanez AEB5. I had wanted a smaller amp than my GK MB115. As it happened, it was the first day of the Columbus Day sale. I was looking at the B10, which was really the size I was looking for, but this one
was only $70.00. That was in the box.
Should I be kicking myself for not getting the B10 in addition to the B20? I got it for rehearsals with my acoustic trio. I may try it at the poen mics where I play.

Well, I took it to two band practices with the two singer/guitarists I have been playing with and finally got it to an open mic at the largest coffee house I play at. So far, it is working out well. I'd like to hear how it does with a bigger crowd at the coffee house, but I'm impressed.
I just bought the B100 and a week later bought the B200 MKII. Can I join? BTW I now have a B100 for sale. Been playing since 1966. Primarily a Fender P bassist since 1970 but also have a Kramer.
This weekend I removed the rubber feet from the bottom of my B100 and installed casters so it now rolls. Much better when trying to move it around! That thing is pretty heavy when trying to haul it long distances.

Just an FYI...I just listed my 70's 150b with 106 (2x15) cabinet in the "for sale" section on TB. Great condition. Comes with original vinyl covers for both the amp and the cab.
Hoping spmeone can help please. I've searched here onTB, as well as through Google and ebay so far with no luck. My question is that I have a chance to buy what is listed as a late 60's or early '70's Acoustic 610 cab. The person tells me that it was marketed for bass but guitar sounds good through it too. I want it for bass. I can't find mention of a bass 610 cab from Acoustic, but I do find mention of a 610 for guitar. Anybody know if a 610 Acoustic bass cab exists, and how I would best tell the difference between one for guitar and one for bass through asking questions over the phone? Any help much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

as far as I know, they never made a 610 bass cab, so i'm pretty sure that that is a guitar cabinet.
I believe that is the Acoustic 104 cabinet which was marketed as being for lead guitar or for bass. There is a 150 head and a 104 cabinet in a rehersal studio in my town and the couple times I've used it I was turned off. The cabinet is shallow (not deep) and sealed. The tone is all mids, no bottom. Whenever we use that studio I bring my own amp now. See link below:

Thanks much! The pic shows it looking pretty shallow, as you describe. It also looks like the pic of the 104, although the grill cover has been replaced on it. I certainly don't need a 610 that is mid- heavy! I think I will pass on this one. It might explain why he's selling so cheaply ($180). Thanks again for the helpful info and for responding so quickly!

IMO, not really. for example the 260 had a fiberglass horn in the cab, and the 360 was a folded horn 18" cab.

Yep.
The early amps were dual designed. The 150 and 150B are, from what I understand, the same circuit, except for the 150B's lack of an effect (reverb, vibrato) channel. They handle both bass and guitar equally.
