Ok, sounds like I should be interested. What would be your choice of drivers for it at this point, considering what's available?
I've been lucky enough to find original Acoustic 130040 drivers, so I don't have anything I can recommend 1st hand. I've seen Eminence Legend CB158 drivers mentioned by others as having that vintage vibe. I've got a sweet-sounding 402 cabinet loaded with a pair of JBL 2205A drivers (poor man's D140). Who knows, the BW's may sound fine too.
I had Black Widows in my 402 until I was able to track down a pair of white dust capped Eminence for it. I thought the BW's kicked ass.
I have an Eminence CA154 ($89 @ Sweetwater) in an 80's Peavey 1x15 scoop cab that retains the vintage vibe. So don't be afraid of the Eminence offering.
But big enough to damage my door pannel... damn, but still happy I have it. 220 with matching 406
So, looking gor a 215 for.my 370... looking at a 106. Would you rather have a 406? Or other model, and why?
Here's an old thread that you might find useful on comparing the four Acoustic 2x15" cabinet models:

For me personally, my first choice would be a 301 since that's the cab intended to be paired with the 370. Second would be the narrow 2x15 version of the 406 since that matches the styling cues of the 370 as it's from the same era. Third would be a generation 2 106 cab for the same reason. Fourth would be the very first version of the 406 cab which is a forward-facing 18" Cerwin Vega driver. After that, a first gen 106 (like the one you're looking at), a 402, or a third gen 406 wide would all be great. Hell, a 408 would be great if you want a giant monster cab. Can you tell I've spent way too much time pondering this stuff???
Really though, the most important thing to consider is the condition of the cab and drivers as just about any ACC bass cab should pair well with your 370.

So the manual rates this cab at 160 watts max. What speakers would you recommend as an upgrade so that I could use the 402 with a 370 head? Thanks for your guidance.
The 402 will run all day long with a 370. The published 370 power output was only spec'd for 3.2 and 1.6 ohm loads at 5% distortion, since typically that head was sold in combo with one or two 3.2-ohm 301 cabinets. My guess is they had spec'd it into a 4-ohm load it wouldn't have exceed 160 watts, particularly at levels less than being driven to 5% distortion.
Also, the same two 15" Eminence drivers came loaded in the 406 Wide 2x15 cabinet, and those cabs were routinely sold with the more powerful 320 amp head.
Eminence seems the preferred brand and they make a vintage voiced driver. I bought the 4 ohm version (CA 154 Legend 300 watt rms rated) for a 1x15" 80's Peavey cab I was restoring and it was inexpensive and sounds great with both my Peavey tube head and various Acoustic heads I've run it with. Two 300 watt drivers should handle it all .
