Im an electric bass player and I was wondering does anyone have good 4 string versions of any of the cello suites in powertab format? I want it in PT so I can look at all of it at once. Id very much appreciate this.

Why bother? If you have an interest in material of this kind it is time to learn to read.
Reading music is not hard, you won't regret taking the time to do it.
Just spend a few bucks on the cello version and it will be fine.

I can't read tabz to save my life! My daughter brought some home from school... it just seems counterintuitive to me compared to notation. I suppose I'd better get up on it for EB students who don't want to learn to read. Keep the customer satisfied and all.
When I taught guitar and pork chop, I refused to use tab. students would bring it in and I wouldn't even look at it.
Become a proficient reader of standard notation NOW, and not ten years from now... seriously, the longer you wait the harder it will be to pick it up. Every second reading standard will pay off in the long run.

Tabbed for bass, not for cello, right? If you find it, let me know how they tab the last chord in the first piece for EADG.
I have a question, what good is a power tab for a solo piece? Im sure theres thousands of normal tabs out their but a power tab would be no different. Also tabs arent good for the suites cuz you cant write in fingerings and articulations. I would just get a a normal versin and transfer it to tab if you really need to.

I'm not a tabber, but I am a doubler, so I'll give you an analogy here, a power tab is like the equivilant of reading a full score, and a tab is just your individual part.
For the 3rd time in this post. I CAN READ STANDARD NOTATION! Power tab is a free computer program that allows you to write and compose in either STANDARD NOTATION or in Tablature. It also has a Midi playback option so that you can hear each part. I find it highly useful.
It sounds like you already have the power tab program. If so, then just copy the music in there, either with standard notation, or tablature, and you can probably transpose (is that the right word in this case?) between the two notation styles. I think any good program would allow you to do that, anyway.
Honestly, I don't understand why you would want the Bach suites in tab, but a quick google search brought me this.

You can find the suites a little more than halfway down (or just search).
I would definitely recommend reading standard notation though.

Ok, you can read. But can you read and play at the same time without having to sit and think where that note is on your instrument. It sounds like you don't know how to do it.
