The bass you've always wanted?

That tour was the only time I have seen Rush.

I only ever saw them on the Power Windows tour (Geddy used the Wal when I saw them IIRC). I missed the Clockwork Angels tour, mistakenly thinking that they'll be around again sometime, little realizing that would be their last European tour.

I have several on my list but one was a Fender US Geddy Lee. After a visit to my local GC and trying one out I had to have. It did not disappoint.

I had the bass that I've always wanted. It was a Lakland 4-94. It played like no other bass that I've ever played. Then the bottom fell out of my financial life and it had to go.

I can't afford the ticket prices these days. When I saw them (1986) I probably paid $12.00, and The Steve Morse Band was on the bill, too.

Can't find a ticket either.. Rush is done touring
