Do they actually have it in stock. Or is it just left on there website? The few times I have called Bass Central about a bass on their site it was always sold but they could get me one. This includes used basses.

I played a new Bongo 4HH at GC last night. The price tage was $1900!!! Is that what these go for new now?

the usual price is more like $1600 - $1700. the one you saw must have had some extra options like piezos or limited edition paint job.

John Myung's new Bongo

This time it is a natural finish neck with matching headstock.

I am curious what is the tweak for this one over the previous Bongos

(btw he switches back to HH model !)

Looks good! 2 years ago, his Bongo had a Swamp Ash body, Maple neck and Ebony fingerboard. So perhaps new wood types again?
