I was doin' my typical noodlin' on my ipad this Sunday afternoon, and recorded some with the new Bongo. Turned out a little more distorted on the tone than I thought I was putting in, but I think that's pretty common in this new digital world.

Wow, gorgeous! One too many strings for me, and I can't play fretless for beans, but NICE.
I love my Bongo 6HS
This bass is BAAAAAADDDD! It is the most comfortable bass I have ever played. It is a HUGE 6 string bass with very comfy spacing and I barely even know I have it on when I am playing it. I have 4 octaves of seemingly unimpeded access (I can reach any note from one end of the fingerboard to the other effortlessly). The HS is a fantastic setup..... both pickups are totally capable to be run stand alone without loosing any bottom or any of the tonal spectrum. That is not always the case in many two pickup basses. Finally....the wide tonal pallet of usable tones is really impressive. I am fortunate to have quite a few great basses right now and am playing in a few different bands with different vibes. I could easily use this bass as my only bass. I love the Bongo 6 HS!

Still loving the sound of my Bongo 5 HS PDN. The finish is spectacular, as is the sound. Stainless steel frets do change the sound a bit. More lows and highs, but the preamp lets me dial in any sound I want still. Can't wait to get my fretless 5 HS in.
I want that! What a GREAT call on that bass, the PDN run was amazing!

I LOVE the Tang Pearl. Im quite a traditionalist with colours, but Musicman brings out my more interesting side...eg my Tang Pearl Bongo 5 HH and Sky Blue 5 HS. Both stunning.

Here's the problem, I don't play fretted enough to enjoy it! I might end up selling it just cause it's probably criminal for me to have such a nice bass and only play it once every 10 days or so.
