Hey guys, I haven't posted in forever. I was curious to see if anyone has matched any good dirt pedals with their Bongos lately. I'm wanting something really crushing added to my HH Bongo 5 / TH500.
Hard to go wrong with anything, but my favorites right now are the Dargglass Vintage and a TS9/Rat-clone from Reaper.

Bongo Stealth 5 HH
comes with hard case and few bumps, but plays and sounds killer with shiny frets.

Any if you ever tried stringing the 4string Bongo BEAD? Other than nut adjustment, anything I should expect to pull off this experiment?

The green sparkle was a limited run. They're now taking order (until end of Oct) for red sparkle.

I'd love to compare the Bongo 5H to my Stingray Classic 5. I suspect the feel is where the difference is.
Kind of. It was a demo at Sweetwater.com. Got a great deal on it.
