Although I Generally Don't Belong to ANY Organization That Would Have Me as a Member I'd Like to Request Admission to This One. Do we Need a Long Form Birth Certificate? Do I Get a Laminated Lanyard or a Backstage Pass? Is there a Secret Handshake or a Clubhouse of Any Kind? :)

Hey fellas, can't believe I am doing it, but I am considering selling my Bongo Stealth 4 HS. I bought it last spring from Bass Central and I've gigged with it only 2 times; I just am more of a 5 string player, as you can see from my profile. Comes like new (literally) and with the MM docs and hard shell case. I haven't posted it anywhere else, as you people should have first dibs. Anyone interested let me know via email or PM.

I love my SR5's but there is some serious magic in my Bongo that is hard to explain. It has a different tone then the Stingray5 but is clearly in the same tone family. The playability is off the chart and the ergonomics are so well thought out that its hard to believe, these aren't taking over the world!

Crabby......IMHO, the Bongo is THE Most Versatile Bass on this or Any Planet. When Fully Equipped with the Piezo and the Heated Seats I've Yet to Look for a Sound that I've not been Able to Get in SECONDS with a Bongo.

Do me a Favor though....don't tell Anyone how good they are. We should remain in a rather exclusive Group rather than become part of a Herd. :)

New string day for Bongo! I broke the EBMM Group I flats G on my 5H, so I ordered a set of LaBella 1954 aka Jamersons from Jason. I really like these on my P5, so let's see how they work on the Bongo.

They're actually slightly smaller gauge than the EBMMs.

got a 4HH to keep my stealth 4H company. slapped on some new strings and set the pickups to factory specs - I love it. traded in my Lakland 44-02 for it as my 4H is a much better bass and the Lakland wasn't getting taken out of the case. Ive just gotta spend some time getting to know the eq.
