View attachment 3749785 I'm a spaz, so I'm not certain if I've posted in here before, but my main rig is my Gallien Krueger MB210-II combo, and I couldn't be more pleased with it. It does everything I need it to do and more, I virtually never use my CX210 extension, and I have a hard time believing that I used to put up with my old big rig (G-K 800RB or, later, 1001RBII head with a bunch of other silliness in a rack case with a Hartke 410XL and 115XL cabinet, eleven billion pounds and 2 or 3 times the power I ever really needed) for years.
It sounds just like all the other G-K gear I've ever tried (the two heads, plus I had a 700RB/210 combo later), has HUGE bottom end, like I have to tame it down a bit, and has more than enough power for a midsize gig on the now somewhat rare occasion that I have one. With the extension, I can't imagine needing more unless I was a touring musician or something. Can't say enough good about it, it's also light as a feather, US-made, and not terribly expensive. I guess my one gripe is that it doesn't have side handles, but it weighs like 35 pounds and really doesn't need them. I'm almost positive they make 350W to the internal speakers and 500 with an extension cabinet.
