Calculate what? You have given absolutely no information on what you are trying to do and why.
You can work out the math if you want the pole pieces under a particular node, but it would get pretty crazy trying to work out any useful information from degrees of phase separation and such by adjusting the pickup spacing. Just pick the bass with the pickup placement you like and take measurements.
Are you building a bass and need to route cavities? Pickup placement is typically measured from the 20th fret to the centerline of the pickup. Using the bridge is too inconsistent due to the moveable saddles. There are distances available for most conventional basses and their respective vintages if you Google around. If you are basing your design on an existing custom bass you saw in a pic, just make a template from a pic of the one you are matching.
