Not new news but in the last few months I god a Dod punkifier. The OD side works very well on bass and if you set the OD side clean you can blend the fuzz in to your "clean" sound.

That's it, I'm pulling my Milk Box out today. 
I also recently grabbed an FX91 delay/sampler; it should be here in a coupla days. Does Digitech count? I got a PDS-1002, sold(or maybe traded, I can't recall)it, then saw it FS again & snatched it back up.

They produced a bazillion models, many of them worthless. Construction on old boxes was flimsy, we kept losing battery traps and I could not stand their special power plug. They made some gems thoughs.
The FX53 was my first OD. It sounds great on bass.
Nothing beats the FX-30B when it comes to gatify a fuzz.

I always liked that fx53, I just couldn't ever hear it when there was a band present. It was also my first hack on a pedal. DOD's are great for that as well.

Just received an FX91 digital delay/sampler from karter2000(great seller, BTW). I was jazzed to see how *analog* it sounded; it's pretty good- lo-fi w/just a tiny bit of digital glitch. The prize(s)for me though were the internal trimpots; one for repeats & one(I guess- I haven't diddled much w/it)for delay time. I turned the repeats pot back(counterclockwise from the only angle at which you can access the adjustment)from about10:00 to maybe just before 9, now it self-oscillates nicely w/the external repeats knob on full. The repeats lose low end so that after a few rounds, they get very trebly & thin, somewhat like the SMMH w/the cut knob leaned toward low-cut(IIRC ).
The sample is limited to about a second long, so it's fairly useless. I do plan on feeding it into my other stuff- especially other delays- to see what emerges. A not-too-bad delay, often found cheap(this one was $50 shipped- thanks again, Lyle).

Do you have a schematic or connection diagram for this? I have an FX-62 sitting open on my desk right now which I am trying to figure out how to rewire with a 3PDT bypass. Instead of using the matchbox car though, I think I'm just going to buy another (slightly larger) enclosure.
Got my FX25B today...just using it kind of like a LPF at the moment, not so much as an envelope filter. Really enjoying at the moment

yeah i have the FX25. it really is a shame they really dont make pedals anymore. at least not the good ones.
even if i do get a better filter like a Q-tron ect the fx25 will always have a place in my heart to give me that classic flea funky sound!

Sorry for the delay, I was internet deprived at the time of your post. My recollection about the color scheme of the wires is vague, but I remember what the leads were. The wires that go to the switch can be disconnected completely, you wont need them anymore (one has its own tab, the other connects to the ground system- probably on an input or output jack). Interrupt one of the wires that goes to the LED with the switch to control on/off indication. The input and output wiring is pretty straightforward to any true-bypass diagram you've ever seen. The other two leads should be the power supply and ground. Hope that helps.
Edit: You'll have to abandon the stereo feature of your pedal when bypassed.

-Overdrive Plus (currently a heavy user)
-Gate/Loop (well, for a week, took it back cause it didn't do crap)
-Supra Distortion (traded for O.D Plus)
All are like, 90s USA made pedals.
I'd like to get rid of my Digitech Death Metal Distortion for the USA D.O.D version...
Although, they are always under slight threat of being replaced by Morley stompboxes, but those are so hard to get, I doubt it.

On my board: first issue fx25 and a more recent fx25b. Very different pedals, like'em both. The 25b is sort of redundant right now, since I also have the digitech bsw, a modded bassballs and a old Boss Ft-2 on the way, so I might get rid of it. But it does sound great though.
