1x12 for me.

A fearful 12/6 that is. Plenty for anything I need. It usually is just coasting in the little rooms I frequent. Plenty there for the outdoor stuff in summer. It replaced a pair of EV TL606's paired with a Fender Bassman 100. No looking back, this rig is better sounding and easier to live with!

I've been gigging with a couple repurposed old PV 112 PA cabs. I used 12", 350 watt MCM drivers with a 6 1/2" sealed midrange, crossed over at 800Hz, and had to seal the ports as the low end was excessive. They stack nicely and work great with my PF-500. Close to my ear, room filling, and only a 14X11" footprint.
