we have a pretty lumpy looking planet View attachment 764469
It's about 23 miles bigger in diameter at the equator than at the poles. Less than 1/2 of 1% of the total diameter deviation. Pretty damned spherical, but not perfect.

Some spherical planets, like Saturn deviate MUCH more.
If you want to study a little you'll find that not all of the distortion is due to the planet's spin. Some of it is due to gravitational attraction from other bodies. Interesting stuff.

Wrong. A 'spherical' object must simply have some geometric properties of a true sphere. Perfect sphericity is not a requirement for admission to the Spherical Sphlounge.

If it isn't exactly spherical then it's spheroidal.
