Although overall an excellent read and fairly accurate, you shouldn't treat everything in Milkowski's book as the gospel.

you'll see what I mean. Ingrid is a very special person, which is apparent in how, even though she was upset about some of the things in Milkowski's book, she still very magnanimously thanks him for doing the book.

I had a read through that after I finished the book, but thanks for it anyway.
It is nice how Ingrid thanked Milkowski for writing the book even though some of it offended her a bit. She's a really nice lady, I had the pleasure of talking to her one afternoon in the Victor Wooten chatroom.
