DANiMAL, that's the same bass! The CNF is just the color code, it's the charcoal brown trans finish that I removed. Also, that's not a top and a back, they're solid maple body wings.

That's a killer quilt. The other 905 is also a gem. And that burl 505...$#!+ It's a good thing I never see any of these basses for sale in person - the temptation might be too great.

I always tought that ibanez basses weren't for me. I always tought that they sounded too neutral and felt like plastic.
But then one day i was in the music store with my friend and i tested that new premium series SR bass just "for laughts"... DAMN. I was sold. Neck was really easy to play, it didnt weight anything and sounded amazing. So it took some weeks and I just had to buy one. So now im a proud owner of SR1200 premium! Final word on this bass comes after some gigs.
And I know... no pictures no bass.... but how about video?
