I've been happy for a long while, though today, I traded my Mesa Buster rig (210/115) for a new Mesa M3 Carbine head paired with an Aguilar DB210 for use as my synth stage rig. Other amp is still my trusty and beloved Walkabout head paired with GB Uber 212, and a DB112 for good measure. I'm now completely, and doubly happy with my 2 rigs.

I'm real happy with my new to me, as of today, 1962 Fender Concert Amp. It sounds great with the built-in 4-10s, and especially so, with my LDS 2126. The tremolo on this amp is so cool.

I am happy with both my amps. My Windsor has incredible tone, and I've finaly gotten my pre/power rig set up to where I want it. Down the road i'd like to pick up another Windsor to slave a second 4x12, but that's just pure GAS, not necessity.

The M9 rules and is bulletproof so should be my #1 for quite a while down the line. Coming up on a year not too far in the future.

Tonewise I'm happy with my humble arsenal of Peavey and Ampeg stuff. It's the hauling around these days, that get's to me as a 55 year old, who also lives with congestive heart failure. I'm not as robust as I used to be, and I have some limitations, but I live another-wise normal life style. I'll be shopping for a lighter weight rig in the very new future, and right now Markbass has my eye and ears, but I could easily manage the new Ampeg Portaflex gear. I'm gonna take my time and check stuff out, and maybe a few brands I haven't really considered as well. Other than weight and portability, I'm happy with what I already have.

I am happy with my amp, its an Ampeg SVT3-pro. Currently running it as a preamp and using a Crown K1 power amp to power my 2 cabs (Ampeg BXT210M and SVT410HLF). The SVT3-pro can't go down to 2ohms, hence the Crown K1 power amp which I had laying around from my PA rig.

If I start playing out again, I will just use the SVT3-pro into the BXT210M for small gigs and the 410HLF for larger gigs.

I'm content with my amplification: G-K 700RB-II and MB-500 heads, two G-K Neo112 cabs, and a Roland Cube 100. The G-K stuff delivers consistently great tone, and it's easily portable. Every so often, I think about going to a single lightweight 2x10 or 2x12 to save a little space, but the Neo112 cabs are so effective that I'm not willing to risk changing. Like they say, if it ain't broke...

The Roland combo is perfect for my purposes: home practice, occasional rehearsal, small gigs, and recording. With the MB-500 micro head, I don't really need a combo, but the Roland is still useful, especially for recording.

I have a Peavy Basic 40 combo I've used for practice since I first started playing in the 80s. It was my first amp, bought new, and still works great for practice. I think I may have to repair the input jack as it seems to have a buzz issue, but for an amp this old that's been through so much to have just one issue I can't complain. For 40 watts it's plenty loud enough to upset the neighbors, too, so I daren't turn it up too loud.

I bought a used one in 1985 at a pawn shop
to use as a practice amp. (my second amp)

I put a vintage Standel 100 watt 12" speaker
in it. Standel used modified JBL speakers.

If you use a preamp, the sound can be improved
quite a bit.

If I use it with a 30 watt Marshal Valve state
and line into the Basic 40, it almost sounds like
a half stack!

I'm happy with my Crown PA amp.

It is great at putting out no compromise
quality sound reproduction.

Add a good pre amp and speakers.

It is hard to beat. It's also very reliable.
They are proven industry workhorses.

...Eden WT800 and the sound of that thing through my Ampeg 8x10 is simply monstrous. Enormous power, headroom, clarity and punch without any tweaking.

My Little Mark II has been solid for years. Dependable and never once failed me. Now, I recently picked up SVT 7 Pro. I hope this beast stays as solid as my LMII. Knocks on wood.

I started building my dream rig 20 years ago and have been very satisfied with it. Basic set up is Alembic F1X into a Carvin DCM 2000 into a Boogie Diesel 115 and a Avatar B210 Neo (Biamped). I've had a few bumps in the road, blown speakers, some weird growth on the contacts of the effects loop, but for the most part it's been awesome. I just bought into the while Genz-Benz Streamliner 900 craze and I'm hoping I can say the same about my new setup in 20 years.

I play a Jazz with flats through a Thunderchild that is powered with a Shuttle 9. I find it intensely pleasurable.
