Thanks! I will do this and try again. I have been opening apps with Audiobus so that must be the problem..

It's a strange thing, because it doesn't always happen. But when it does, that seems to fix it.

I don't think it has anything to do with Positive Grid.

I've had the same problem with levels being too low when using Loopy.

It's ALL in the Irig/mic jack.

Hmm. Duke has some volume loss with JamUp, too, though?

I can't call volume loss as the volume in Jamup and MT DAW is the same when both under Audiobus. But compares to the other apps, specially DM1 the Jamup seem to have lower volume. But as said no problem adjusting all tracks with the individual track volume.

Duke's volume difference is the equivalent of a pedal being a slightly different volume on your pedalboard.

Our volume difference is like the difference of an amp pad on an input. On a passive bass it REALLY shows.

It's easy to miss because if you're wearing headphones, you can still hear the bass. But the level that its going into the recorder (or Loopy) is just so low that when you playback, the bass disappears.
Unfortunately, there isn't an adjustment to be made. It would require an output slider on Jamup, but it really isn't the fault of Positive Grid.
I imagine this won't be an issue with the Jam.

I usually play into my "PA" which is into the power section of my Ibanez bass combo.
I never had problems that my bass disappeared from the mix after the recording. Actually I usually hear it better in the mix on the playback then when I play it.
As said, the only thing is that Jamup overall volume is lower then the other midi apps, but the individual volume adjustment on each track in MT DAW fix this issue easily.

I feel that I have much better control on my recorded track volume when I record my bass on MT DAW then in Jamup.
The recorder on Jamup is one of the few weak points of Jamup.

If I should try to list points which Positive Grid should improve regrading the Jamup itself:
1) left - right channel choice. (this point is fixed in the upcoming update!!)
2) input/ output volume control.
3) Better recorder with maybe 4 tracks and the possibility to re-amp!!
4) Even more metronome options.
5) My dream wish: running Ric O sound in Jamup!!!!!!
