I get the impressions most people would be using this after fuzz for synth sounds, but I'd like to know how this behaves as a wah going into an overdrive or fuzz, kinda like the Freaker Wah clips Mark Olson put up recently.

Let us know what you think of it! I'm sure there are more people waiting to hear some feedback about this pedal than you realize...

Also, I know this is gonna make me sound annoying and impatient but any news relating to the big brother of the xerograph? I'm just curious if we know some of the general features/differences between the two because Im trying to decide if i should order a Xerograph now, or if i'll want to wait and get the big brother model.

I'll try to get some clips like that soon. Any particular fuzz type you'd want to hear in this setup?

Forgive me if this is a stupid question but will there be a way to midi sync instead of tap tempo with the "big brother" model? My band uses a click live and we have a keyboardist/DJ running ableton live so midi syncing would be optimum for me. I have barely even jumped into the effect world but soon i will be getting some sort of LPF, octave, and more fuzz and synthy pedals.

I want some serious electro and dubstep sounds.

Hey Taylor,
Just curious if a Xerograph with the envelope option would still remain in the same sized chassis. I don't even need an on/off switch if that helps :D Also, are certain MIDI parameters really an option as mentioned above? Having the exp. sweep MIDI-controllable would be great.

Hey Bryan, yes I can do up to 5 knobs and 2 switches (one switch has to go on the rear panel with the exp. in) in the same box. I have previously made one with freq, res, volume, envelope sensitivity, clean blend, 2/4-pole switch and slow/fast switch in the same size box.

MIDI is not a current option, and probably not something I'll be able to implement for a long time realistically, especially in the Xerograph which does not have the digital control section that the big brother has to do its tap tempo LFO. For the big brother, there would be another way to interface with a computer click track that does not depend on midi: a clock pulse input which would accept a negative-going pulse from a computer. So that's what I was talking about as a custom option.

Ah- cool to hear on the Xerograph. I didn't think MIDI would be an option simply due fitting in digital control into the small size of it, but I had to ask when I thought I read it that way. PM coming about a possible order.

I have a few pedals in the queue before that one, so I can't give you any info on release date I'm afraid. But I can say this: square, triangle, sawtooth, sine-ish waves, foot-sweepable pitch division (think octave jumps, but not just octaves).
