I first met Mike in 1992. Awesome guy and I can't wait to get my new build from him. Unlined ebony board, mahogany body, maple top, Bart pre and some Fralins. Should pretty nasty. I placed the order in November to beat some of the NAMM-slam. Can't wait. Spring....??? Will definitely post some pics.

I think mike should be known for his fretless basses more. Mine's a gem. You should be very happy.

Two questions regarding my Mike Lull T4. Although used, it still had plastic on the pg. thus, I'm assuming original strings. Anyone know what the Lulls come with?

By any chance anyone know of a gig bag that a T4 fits in?

They typically string their basses with Dunlop stainless steel strings, although that isn't always the case (say the bass was a special order for someone who likes some other brand of strings).

My recent addition purchased from the classifieds... just swapped out the white pearloid PG for a black one...

There's an impending price increase? Is it going to be big?

The price increases are roughly $300 List for most models - that translates to an actual bump of like $225 if you go through a dealer (75% of List). So that's roughly a 10% bump. It's been a while since they've done a price increase, and I'm sure they won't want to do another one any time soon...

The new prices take effect on Feb 1 (just a few days from now). Any orders that go in before then can be done at the older prices even though delivery would be 2-3 months from now.
