Wow, that Honey Burst is strikingly similar to my Lakland 44-07 Mai Tai scheme that Markus had Pat hit it with.

Since this is th Lull thread, going with the color Pat calls it, but it's supposed to be very sim to the Mai tai, just more red than brown.

Has anyone played a JT (Jazz Thunderbird)? I already have a super-jazz (Bacchus) but this JT model has seriously piqued my interest. What would be the kind of $$ they would go for as standard?

I just started with a new band and after every new song they teach me they won't shut up about how good my lull fretless sounds. It's such a special instrument. Mike needs to be better known for his fretless basses. It's so musical and responsive. I can't say enough about it.

Got to play the TC4 for the first time last night at gig volume, thru a G-B Streamliner into a Berg AE212. Really love the smooth, glassy, piano like tone of these pickups, for the music we do it's just right. An added bonus is the mid switch, which is kinda like an instant boost when engaged, and adds some needed beef for those few songs where I need a more aggressive tone. Plus, the playBility is just off the charts. Very happy camper here.
Anybody want a killer Mike Lull 54P in pretty much newish condt for amazing price? ( JUST reduced it again to insane low price! )

Mmmmmm - here's a special order that I placed for a customer right before the price increase back in Jan/Feb. The bass turned out quite lovely, as usual.
This is the first 34" 5-string of Mike's that I've played. The B string is quite good, I like it. It's strung through the body, while the rest of the strings are strung through the bridge.
