First off, Tate seems like a major tool in all this (family on bankroll, spitting on bandmates on stage, etc). When I tell you the new guy Todd Le Torre is way better than Tate vocally at this point, I'm not exaggerating at all. Plus, they have a new fire. It was great to hear old classics from The Warning and Rage that Tate would not (or could not?) sing anymore.

Eddie has been playing Lulls for quite a few years. However, he played Spectors on Operation Mindcrime and Empire, so he was def known for them.

I saw a cool studio pic of him recently with his original Spector NS-2 and a Lull T5.

I spent today swapping the pickups in my M5V. Out with the original Duncan Hum-Canceller's, and in with Nordstrand NJ5 single coils. I documented the work pretty thoroughly, including a few tips about shielding and some before/after sound clips.

Nice work! Posted some stuff over there, including a tip on the pole grounding thing.

Cool! It works! I've done it a few times now. Doing a good shield/ground job is a pretty big PIA, but it's only one time and pays great dividends for a long time after!

Hey guys, I know that this isn't the classifieds section, but I wanted to drop this out here and see if anyone was interested...

I recently purchased a 2011 Namm Show Lull M4V in Candy Apple Red w/ blocks and matching headstock knowing that I wouldn't be over the moon about the color, but thought I would get over it. The color just is not my thing and wanted to see if there is anyone around here who might find it to be "their thing."

I could post crappy cell phone pics for you all to see, but Mike Lull was nice enough to have it photographed for his website and the pics are far greater than I could ever hope to take.

I also have parchment pg and a tort for this bass. It also comes with the super nice white tolex case with original certificate of ownership.

Anyway, if you are interested, I would swap straight across for a M4V in a different, solid color (preferably with matching headstock) or maybe another high-end J / P or PJ.
