Awesome! I was looking for a bass like that last year. A black and maple PJ (or P) 5er in 35" scale.

Yeah this bass is a real blessing. J pickup is in the 70's position so it can really growl if you want it to. I've got a thing for black and maple

70's spaced back pickup? I take its the 34" scale since Mike moves everything up when He goes to 35" scale.

I almost went this route for my last one with a reverse P.

Actually it is still 35 inch scale. I'm not sure how he placed it actually, but it certainly sounds like a 70's placement for a jazz p'up. Thank you for the compliments!

I'm a Lull 34" owner now. I had to get use to the 18mm spacing, but starting to feel comfortable now. Both have the custom Duncan's installed. Bart pre in one and Aguilar in the other one. I'm a period correct guy, RW/Alder Maple/Ash.

I have just lowered the action (a lot) on my PJ4 from where I had originally set it (to Fender spec) and I cannot believe how low it is with no fret buzz what so ever!
I have never owned a bass that goes this low, hats off to Mike he certainly knows how to make a great neck

I played Mikes prototype Tele bass today. Pretty cool I have to say even though it was pretty heavy by Mike's standards (probably 9.5 - 10.5 lbs). He is also selling one of his personal T4s that is in very nice condition.

I took out the pan pot on all my Lulls and put in a 4 way rotary switch.
This way I can add series wiring and it is awesome.
I'm a fan of the Nordsrand Pickups with Bart pres in series.
