Oh no, there's an OBP-3 at 18v in there too, which I guess helps with the awesomeness, but for me it starts with the pickups.

The P4 that is currently on sale at Bass NW has a jazz style neck.

I eventually purchased a used Lull P5 as I am primarily a 5'r. Love it!
If I was looking for a P4 -Holdsg's would be at the top of my list!

I suggest having one made! you get the color you want the bridge you want the jack placement you want the neck you want....everything your way!!! I am so happy with mine! it plays so dam nice!
I love mine so much I have no gas what so ever! I really dont!!! theres a couple basses I want to try....a spector...that really all I can think of....but I am so all set! I have my V4 and P4 and and dont really need anything else! maybe a back up...and a PJ lull with a big single and a preamp...other then that I need nothing!
