I like this thread and enjoy a moderate dose of excessiveness myself by playing through just 3 of these stacks - and some pedals - simultaneously.
I rarely use this configuration. Last used around 3 years ago.
If I were AC/DC or Mettalica bass player, the rig could'nt be held on 2 trucks !
212AV came in, the rig is a little less inconvenient now (and holy poopie does it sound good)

That's a BSX Model 2000 and the faux bout is the stock molded plastic piece. That bass played with a bow through my old 4kW rig was big fun in every way. Patrons at the back of the club I used to work in doing sound reported seeing the back windows flexing noticeably.
After that era I ported mostly to jazz gigs and/or country rock in wineries. Never needed more than a single 112 for a decade or so, but always kept at least a 1515/6/1 at home because I could. My 118 home practice rig these days is still needlessly excessive, but it weighs half of what the last 15/6/1 build did:
I have this 18” reflex cab in storage that I hauled all over the place. It’s the size of a fridge! It could really pump out the sub/low bass notes. I use a Traynor YBA-1 and a Kustom tuck n roll with 2 15” Black widows. Earth shaking bass!
It's a custom made 2x KT88 tube amp, basically a Sunn 200S with a preamp gain knob added.
A couple of my excessive rigs used '90s/'00s. 
Still have all of the pieces, but this stuff stays out in the garage room these days.
Now use a GK Fusion 800 210 w/ an MBE 410 ext cab if need be.
Or for fun once in awhile break out the Sunn 200s + 215 Concert JBL cab. Not too heavy.

Nice stack! Do Marshall bass amps have the same baked-in Marshall mids that the classic el34 guitar amps have?

From circa 1983. I bought 2 1968 SUNN 200S amps at a local music store, $75 each! Got the 18in speaker from another local music shop. Home made 2x15 cab on top, don't ask what speakers, too long ago to remember.
Maybe this doesn't stack up to most rigs here, but, it was a pain to transport. I had to have something to keep up with the guitar players newly acquired Marshall half stack. I could hear myself when I stood in front of my rig, but moving 3 feet to the left towards his rig and nothing but guitar and drums. Practice space was the guitarist's concrete unfinished basement. Yeah, quite loud with sound bouncing everywhere.
I still have 1 SUNN 200S that I just got out of moth ball storage last summer to get it working again. A nice $400 charge but now I can use it again for home practice. Missed the smell of an old amp with cookin' red hot tubes.
Every time I see these old pics of my first band it reminds me of an old AC/DC lyric:
"I've got patches, on my patches, of my old blue jeans. Well they used to be new, when they used to be blue, when they used to be clean."

Are you playing some model of PJ Electra Phoenix bass there? The headstock and logo look familiar...
Wow, you're good. Yes, that was my first official bass that I traded in some unknown brand our guitar player sold me to start on bass. It had all black chrome tuners, bridge. Used it for a couple of years until I traded that in for my BC Rich Eagle NJ series, which I still have. Bought the BC Rich in the Spring of '84, still had 6 months left on the warranty so it is an '83. Paid $200 for each by trading them in at local music stores, unknown $100 --> Electra $200 --> BC Rich $200.

I'm surprised, like they do to fake new cars, no one sells a aerosol can of, "Vintage Tube Amp".
I can imagine it now, "get that broke-in scent of over-heated glass, cooking rare metals, fried electrons and just a hint of baked beer and weed".
