Hahaha. Again I will say to you glass houses. You need to read your own posts. Heres the facts, the nhl felt the pens needed disciplinary actions, the pens will be missing three players in the playoffs because of thier actions, the flyers are in thier heads and they are falling apart, and its 3 games to 0. Game 4 in Philly. The rest means nothing.

I agree with all of that, so I have no idea what you are arguing.

And was any one of them not a penalty? Nashville is a clutch and grab team, that's their style. OTOH, congrats you played a good game. Rinne is a beast, but Detroit sure blew some chances.

Rinne stole this one. He faced 40 shots to howards 17. And the pressure detroit put on him.

yeah, the "too many men on the ice" was REALLY bogus.

Word on the street is that Neal is getting a one game suspension and Asham is getting four.

The amounts may not even matter if the Pens season ends tomorrow.

In other news, Alfredsson is looking like he won't be in Game 4 either. I feel bad too, hopefully he won't be suffering from concussion symptoms for too long.

I would imagine the suspension will carry over to next year and will take a bite out of his wallet - 4 games is almost 5% of the season. On his current salary of $775,000 that is $37,800.

I really like Marian Hossa, so it was tough to watch what happened to him.

Who knows what tonights game will bring in Philly, but if it's more over the top violence, I think I'll check out from watching any more games this season. Maybe some guys out there like this style of hockey, but I sure don't. Besides the players and coaches on the offending teams, the NHL needs to apologize for the play we have seen so far. Then they need to get serious and ban these guys from the playoffs. James Neal one game? What a joke that is. The Giroux hit was clearly a targeted attempt to injure.

Great stories are developing in Florida, Nashville, and Phoenix, but hardly anyone knows about it. Too bad.
