you guys wanna help me narrow down an issue before I take my amp in to the shop? Random crackling, can't isolate it to the preamp or poweramp section. Comes and goes.

Bad cap? A Blue Line 2 Pro would probably be due for a cap replacement if it hasn't had one before.

You may recall, I posted in another thread. It is a 150 in a 210 cab. I pulled the amp and checked. Unique amp. Someone screwed up in production.

Hey Gents,

I just received my new BA-115v2 yesterday and had a chance to try it out. Wow!!! I love the sound. I had an older version of the BA-110 that I sold 3 months ago and I wanted to upgrade. I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it is. Got a question. After turning the amp on and engaging the Ultra HI, while adjusting the volume from 0 -3, I get a funny high frequency variation that sounds like a signal generator being adjusted for a range of higher frequencies. Does anyone get that sound as well? Not that I would use the Ultra HI anyway. I prefer the lows.

Hey guys, I have a line on a b4r but in examining the back I see that the buttons for the mono bridge are flush and do not pop out is this normal?

Nope, it should pop out to run stereo.

Thanks Jimmy I can feel the click like it is being activated/deactivated just no change in the button length I will try to test it out is this an expensive fix if bad?

I don't know if it costs. If it clicks, though, I would assume it's working, but it never hurts to test it out.

I was particularly interested in this because it has the Texture button which gives the tube emulation. Sounds good has anyone compared the svt sound with this?
