The Official Crocs Thread.

My wife wears them, and she's a nurse. Just don't leave them in a hot car. They shrink. I've worn them to run outside to get something out of my car, and while they were small, I could probably get used to wearing the blasted ugly things. I've worn worse in my life.

Love my crocs.
Easily the most comfortable pair of shoes I own, and I've owned a fair amount of shoes.

Just an appropriate picture ;)

Anyway, I don't care what people think of my feet. I have better things to do than judge other people by the SHOES they wear.

It's weird how passionate some folks get about them isn;t it?

does not compute. I see shoes I think are fugly all the time, so I don't buy them for myself.

Ick. Ugly, and the idea of putting plastic shoes on my feet doesn't strike me as comfortable. My New Balance 922s, now those freakin' feel good. Oh, but I can see where taking five seconds to tie the laces would be too much for some people.:p

I dig em and want a pair myself. Can't find em on the Globe site though. :(

Really, that is where I got that picture from. In fact, here you go.

But to tell you the truth, I recommend these shoes from Ipath

They guaranteed to not be made in sweatshops and are made out of hemp. Much more environmentally friendly and they look almost the same as the castros. There are a few different styles of that shoe on that website.
