They certainly should. The mystery for me is how much the OP's supplier is selling the Drome for. The Drome has the advantage of being a single box that's a one-handed carry. It is *so* nice to be able to walk around with a bass case in one hand, the Drome in the other, and be ready to play pretty much anywhere. The Reidmar has a bit more output power, and can drive a larger cabinet than the 112, so that mini-stack has a capacity to evolve that isn't there with the Drome. Still, one would need some kind of transport protection for the Reidmar head, and EBS still hasn't reproduced in the Reidmar the back-panel options (e.g. audio-in, serial/parallel effects loop) found on the original Drome.

i think to buy the EBS drome ... i need just a 12"
and a reasonable amount of volume for small/medium
jazz clubs ... i've heard that the 150w of the Drome 12
are really effective. 17kg are not so dramatic for my back ... lol

Worth mentioning, if this is a new unit that's been sitting around for years somewhere: The main thing that seems to ever go wrong with EBS combos over time is that they accumulate crud on the switching jacks (headphone, effects loop inputs) that can cause the sound to cut out intermittently. There's a Drome thread archived on TalkBass where we discussed this in detail, but it's an easy problem to solve, without requiring disassembly or specialized tools, once you know what it is.

Drome 12 arrived.
it is really new, immaculate.
after an hour of use there was around room
the smell of some first use electronics device...
Amp looks great, i like his tones and big voice,
also features are really useful, first of all for me the
headphones, a basic need for me about amps.
During first hours of use there was some little noise
that comes from the knobs, and a sort of intermittent
noise that durates for some secs removing the bass cable
from imput. after some hours this problem disappeared,
maybe some dust ... i don't know. The only thing that i have some
doubts about is the relevant amount of "hiss" that this combo produces
with gain and volume pushed to the limits, and with treble and bright
placed at about hour 3:00. don't laugh guys .. maybe this is normal
with this kind of settings, but this is my first combo with tweeter in all my
bassist life, so, i can't understand if this amount of hiss is normal or not,
so please tell me. i need to know, because i have remaining 7 weeks to
eventually return the amp for some kind of defects. I'm satisfied by tone
and weight, this amp looks strong, but i nees to be informed about hiss ...
someone can gently post here the link of the EBS tread about crud troubles
and solutions ?

There's a LOT of gain in that pre-amp, so I'd absolutely expect audible hiss if you really turned the gain and the volume up all the way. I'll try the same settings on my Drome in the next day or two, but I can't imagine ever actually playing through the amp with anything remotely resembling those settings. I find the maximum usable volume to be around the 2h00 position. I practice with the volume knob at 8h00, rehearse at 9h00, and gig at 11h00 to 12h00. I run with the gain between 10h00 and 1h00, depending on the material, but even 10h00 is agreeably gritty. Your sweet spots will vary, and if you're getting noticeable hiss in any configuration that is otherwise useful to you, you should send it back to be fixed.Drome 12 arrived.

The tweeter on the Drome is a good one that adds a lot to the amp's transparency, but it would be nice if the amp had a tweeter level control like they have on some of their cabinets.
I've had mine for about 4 years now and it is a perfect amp for my needs however, when I got it the hiss from the horn was so bad I had an amp tech install a pad on the tweeter to cut the hiss. Problem solved. As I am not a slapper the less treble response is O.K. with me. Also I got a great padded cover from LeCover for a good price.Enjoy!

The word "pad" has two possible meanings here, so I'm curious, too. Is it a "pad" in the electronic sense of a resistor added in series to the tweeter to knock down the sound level, or a physical pad of some kind of sound-absorbent material placed over the tweeter to soak up the high-frequency sound?

I was on the hunt for something powerful & portable to use in my wedding band, lots of long & often tricky load-ins, stairs, elevators, through busy kitchens, middle of nowhere in a field, historic mansions where they won't let you bring a cart anywhere near the place, you name it. Lots of lugging around, and a cart is not really possible a lot of the time.
So I picked up a Drome Classic 150. I had my doubts but tried it out this weekend -- 6 piece band, loud, 200 people in the room, no bass feed to the PA. I was shocked at how solid & deep this little guy sounds.
I was hitting the input side pretty hard (clips on heavy notes), and never had the output volume higher than 11:00, most of the night it was at about 9:00 but at the end I wanted to see what she could do.
It's definitely lacking heft on the lower notes of my 5 string, but hey, the thing weighs 34 pounds. I'll bring the 4x10 when I need the boom. I can tell I'm working at the top of this little guy's headroom in this big loud band, but it sounds pretty great & I can load out in one trip. (!!!)
It is a bit hissy when up loud, but the only times I'll be that loud, nobody will notice. Will consider adding an attenuator to the horn for sure, I'm not a big slapper & don't really go for the scooped mid thing. Totally fine if the bright is off & the treble is low.
It's worth noting that after running it for 4 hours, the back of the amp was not even warm to the touch.

A couple more gigs this weekend, worth noting:
1) Got impatient waiting for the elevator. Carried it up 3 stories -- at the top of a mountain, about 9500ft. No problem, even for this out of shape old man.
2) On the same gig, bandleader asked me to turn down. For the first time ever.
