The Official MARUSZCZYK CLUB!

Gorgeous bass! The grain looks incredible and I like the actual tobacco burst scheme much more than the configurator likeness. Congrats!

It's funny you say that. I was VERY concerned about that myself. I actually sent Randy photos of a bunch of Maruszczyk basses done in tobacco burst. Some looked good and some were definitely not my taste or what I was looking for. At the end of the day it is up to the guy painting it, but I asked Randy to share my preferences. Then I hoped for the best. I guess it worked out.

I received these Wenge knobs yesterday for my Elwood. They are very subtle but I like them and they match the fretboard nicely

Where do you get those?

I sent the white ebony wood to a Wood working guy on etsy and he made this custom set for me last year but I found a better guy for knobs now. Dknob.com (David King) he will make you nice custom set of knobs with metal inserts. He also knows about every measurement for stacked pots that are used by Luthiers and builders. Very nice guy also. He made this set of knobs for my Jake. He also made the Wenge knobs for my new Elwood
