I guess I have to explain why I let her go. In short, I traded in my boutiquey looking instruments (MTD 535, Modulus Quantum 5, Warwick Streamer Stage I 5) in favor of some boutiquey P-basses: one Sadowsky P5 and two Benavente 51 models. I wish I could've kept 'em all. I miss that MTD the most! I'll buy another 535 some day.

She's in good hands. it's Number 441. Right now it's at Mike Shop. I had him mill all the frets, retrofit it with the BFTS, and give it a nice set up. I talked to Mike about 15 minutes ago and even he expressed how much he like this bass. It's leaving New York today and will be back in my hands on Wednesday. Can't wait.

It's David Dyson. I'm reliably informed the bass has an avadoire body and a wenge neck and fretboard.
