I don't think there is a Schroeder club yet. I think these cabs definitely deserve some recoginition for the marvels that they are. Not only are they unique and wonderful cabs, but the man behind the curtain, Jorg Schroeder, is one of the most helpful guys of any manufacturer that I've come across. So as club founder I guess I'll be #01 and keep track of all the numbers etc.

The one catch to get a number is that you have to post a pic of your Schroeder. Seems reasonable to me. Me likey pics!

Here's mine:

Schroeder 1212R with black Rhino coating. On the back I have a special decal that says 'Custom made for Torin Opper August 2007.' That's an example, among many, of the personal touch Jorg gives to his customers.

So let's get those Schroeder Club numbers and pics rolling!:bassist:

Here's mine...not the greatest pic, but you get the idea.

21012R on the bottom
410L on top

Jorg's cabs rock the house! I've gotten nothing but great comments since I started using his cabs (aside from having to be hyper-sensitive to volume...as I've mentioned in other threads these things BOOGIE!)

Jorg's work is top of the line. Aside from making really great cabinets, he is a great person and business partner.

Here's my main rig, custom Mini 12+R stack with red rhino lining.

My other Schroeder cabs:

I've got a 1212L that I use for small/med-sized venues and when I'm lazy to haul my mini stack with me.

Next is a 412L that I use for large venues and outdoor gigs.

Finally a Mini 10+R that is setup at home. I also use it on upright gigs.

Sweet; thanks, Bassist! I updated my profile.

I'm a huge fan of Schroeder cabs. They are SO loud and I love the mid-range thump. The light weight of the L-series cabs is icing on the cake. I'm gassin' bad for a 1210L next!
You're very welcome!

I also very much like the schroe low-mid bump. Cuts thru the mix beautifully and sounds fantastic doing it.

I have a 1210L stacked on top of a Mini-12R. It sounds great, but the 1210L has developed a "rattle" on A and E notes. Jorg asked me to send it back to him for repair with freight at HIS expense. What a guy.

BTW, I'm using a Thunderfunk TFB750A to drive the cabs. Turn the tweeter off and I have a great mini-SVT.

By that statement I assume you prefer the mini 12 stack to the 1212L, correct?

What are the tonal differences between the mini 12 stack and the 1212L? Of the two, which is louder?

I prefer using the mini stack. As far as differences, the stack has a much faster response since the 12's are front fired. I also have Regular speakers on the stack so get a deeper and rounder sound out of it. Volume wise, the mini 12 stack is also louder than the 1212L.

Hey guys count me in I have a 4-10R schroeder cab and I am listed on Jorg's site as and endorsing artist! under the name Kauhi Miyataki. Jorg makes some of the best cabinets around and I think I am the only one in Honolulu HI, that has and is repping one. kudos to the Schroeder line.

Mahalo and Aloha,

Here's my "little" rig! Aguilar 500SC, and Schroeder 1212L.
Jorg did some great custom work on this cab (recessed back plate, grill cover, rhino coated). This rig SCREAMS! :bassist:
