I have been lusting after this one since June of last year. a '93 Stu Hamm "Urge" in Lake Placid Blue. When I walked out of the shop with it, the wife, who had been waiting in the car said, "You already have a blue one." I said, "It ain't about the color, baby."

Thats what I was thinking.. Its my favorite of the group.

See, I cant say I have had that problem. I played about 4 Laklands at the Low End, and though they were awesome basses, none felt as good as my P.

But again, just IMO.

Whatever's comfortable for you. I, for one, do a lot of tapping and quick movements. A Fender neck's size and mainly finish stop me dead often.

Plus, I need five strings!

Arif from PTH is pretty wild, but you won't be blown away after listening to Dan from BTBAM. Both amazing bassists though.

This. Dan's music is a radically different, yet similar style. Oximoron, but there's no way to describe the comparison.

Dan is very groovy, Arif is very surfy. That's my crappy analogy of the day
