Yeah, Fodera's are much cheaper on Just Strings than when I bought them at the Atlanta Bass Gallery. The cost about as much as Stainless Dunlops on Just Strings.

This may sound stupid- but here goes. Do you guys all restring yourself. I am just learning to play nevermind the thought of changing strings.

Not much to it. Put the strings through the bridge/body, wrap them around the peg (leave it detuned, though) then adjust the action until you don't get any fret buzz. (Just put an allen wrench in the holes and turn.)
Then tune.
Robear - beautiful family photo! What kind of bass is the one all the way on the left in the photo? Love the finish.
Hi TB-
Newb here (both at TB and the Bass). This is my first bass I just got for Xmas. Learning to play now. I know this is nothing compared to most of the pictures on here but I love learning on it.
Quick question--I read on reviews that the stock strings aren't great that a lot of people upgrade right away. Any thoughts on this?

Try again.
