All these Fenders make me happy.. I have recently just fell in love with all things Fender-esque, and honestly, have lost a lot of interest in looking into "boutique-esque" basses. Sadowskys, Lulls, Valentis, etc., yes. But crazy stuff has just lost my interest..
I guess Im old school.
Just got a new neck made for my 4 string. My first fretless! it's made of Stabilized Flamed Maple with regular Maple fret lines.

Very glad that I was able to help. I tried to put up big pics of the guitars like many others that have been posted but I don't know how
The walnut bass is from Raven West Guitars, I was searching different name brands and that name came up so I went to their website and fell in love with their basses but didn't want to spend $1300. I then called the RWG owner and he told me to look on ebay for ones he had up for sell and that's where I got it.
the bass itself is $1300 retail, I got into a bidding war with two people and won it for $482.95. The have more on ebay every so often, along with 6 string and 7 strings!

when i was 17 i was really into classic instruments too. that's about when i got my 77 jazz and my 73 4001.
funny how things changed.
