No, a bass/guitar piezo is a kind of transducer (sp?) that senses pressure variations (usually by means of a quartz pad located on the bridge saddle) that happen when a string vibrates and makes them an electrical signal that can feed a preamp.

not all, only the california JJ and JM models. the PM and the basic, bullet, etc series come with sandbergs own pickups (which sound like the delanos) In the sandberg custm shop you can get every kind of pickups.Yes that's a Sandberg. The PUs are seymour duncan antiquity....
