I have an video of me playing somewhere....might need to find that. The sound is perfect by no means, but the looks do enough. It is pretty bassy (not really my style) and is not the cleanest. I just push my mids and treble and use the active EQ to give it the sound of a P bass.
I got the bass of of Ebay from a man in Utah, best investment ever. I know he sold another along with a guitar.

There you go guys, just ask if you have any more questions!

My favorite bass.

Just thought I'd post a family pic!

Pics003.gif

Left to right:

SX SPB-62 LPB Fretless (Christmas 2009)
Squier Affinity Precision (Christmas 2008)
Squier Standard Precision V (Christmas 2010)
Fender BG-31 Acoustic (Christmas 2007)

All four were Christmas presents. The Squiers are my main ladies, seeing the most action. The Fender is played during late-night jamming when everybody else is sleeping, and the SX is almost never played.

I'll bet, if you try really, really hard ... you can make that pic smaller.

;)

FINALLY! Gah. Ok, so here we go again.

Left to right:

SX SPB-62 LPB Fretless (Christmas 2009)
Squier Affinity Precision Bass (Christmas 2008)
Squier Standard Precision V (Christmas 2010)
Fender BG-31 Acoustic (Christmas 2007)

As you can see, all four were Christmas gifts. The Squiers are my main basses. The Fender is really just for quiet jamming at night, and the SX almost never gets played.

Anyone else have a TINO bass? It is made by Tino Tedesco, and this thing looks great, but it sounds AMAZING!
Nordstrand pickups, OBP1 Aguilar preamp, excellent workmanship and tone.
Plays in either passive or active mode, or active with vintage tone control. Plays GREAT!!

Ash with maple top, maple board. Perfect for me - I am an ASH/MAPLE guy, and loving this bass!

No, I am not selling - I am just really amazed by this bass!

I would LOVE to hear from anyone else who has one of these TINO basses!

Here's a picture of my bass, from his website, but it is my bass now:
