I know Jansen made Guitars and Basses here in NZ back then.

Here is a Picture of me and a bass I made for myself in 2008. It has been in Iraq and Afghanistan for about 4 years. Sufferd Rocket attacks, Mortars, the occasional AK 47 shootings and my playing and it is still going strong. I brought it back last June and it is now retired to the house. I built using Black Walnut from my forest out back, Active EMG 35's, Sprzel locking tuners, Bronze adjustable nut from Warwick and Stumac frets.
