Wow - what is this?

Quite beautiful in it's simplicity ...

Thank you, It is a 30" Maruszczyk Elwood L. Chambered 1 piece Alder body with a unique looking spalted Maple top. Roasted Maple neck with Wenge fretboard. Delano Xtender humbucker & Noll 3 band pre. I wanted to create something that was kinda in between a Jazz and a Stingray...It is a very nice sounding/playing short scale .

Just picked myself up an 81 Kramer "The Duke" deluxe in great condition.
First headless first aluminum neck.
Really fun short scale 2 octave neck. Frets only show minimal wear. Schaller guitar tuners. Quad coil Schaller "Twin J" with 3way pickup switch (parallel, series, staggered "P"split coil) Schaller roller bridge.

Still looking for a tort guard for my Sterling to match my Classic Vibe Jazz- next to impossible to find an HH one cut for the "smooth" pickup edges on this one (where the screws are at.)
If anyone has eyes on one let me know!!
Just buy a tort blank, use the black one as a template. If you don't feel comfortable doing it there are folks here on TB who can do it for you, also pretty sure there are companies out there who would do that. WD is one:
