It's a custom built by a local luthier, I bought just wooden parts and put some ebay hardware and electronics, and Benedetti pickups custom made for me . I will see some new pics because this is 10 year old pic .

Oooh those Lakkies.... and the caucasian Marcus! Gorgeous! I have a very similar Scheff en route, comes Wednesday! I was thinking about throwing on a set of TI flats, what do you think of that? Any other string recommendations for the Scheff? It's my first one, not sure what to expect from the weird pickups and placement.

I reversed the neck wires on Scheff so now I dont have the nasal sound on middle position, and bass is now more versatile, so the reason is why I didn't put the flats on Scheff, but I did on DJ and I lik it .But I do think that flats will go delicious on Scheff becuase of pickups position, and one day it will certainly be equiped with, and of course, with LaBellas .

Thanks man! I love me some LaBellas! Have em on my Jack Casady and Status Fretless :). Can't wait to play my Scheff!

My rule of thumb in advertising is if the word "Pro" as in "pro-painted" "pro-set up" etc, that the product is probably crap.
