The official "Show your basses" thread part 19!

Thanks for watching! This is just a short vid on this bass, I'll be doing a longer vid where I go into greater detail on the tones and aspects of the instrument and will definitely spend more time on the B in that one :). These "Fresh look" videos are usually just a little preview of the instrument as opposed to a full review. Cheers!
Thanks !

Yes - it is a strictly MIJ limited edition; whatever this means. I already sent an e-mail to Fender in order to get an idea on how limited this edition is. I would guess something between 250 - 500 pieces ( was the same with the Sambora Black Paisley Strat back in 96). I pre-ordered mine at Thomann and as soon as I placed the pre-order it was listed as sold-out. So I assume that they only got one or two.

Today I got an answer from Fender Europe with regards to the Black Paisley Jazz - they couldn‘t answer me the exact number of instruments produced but they told me that slightly less than 70 basses made it to Europe. Didn‘t see any overseas...

Hey everyone! Here's my latest video. Taking a quick look at my Lakland Jerry Scheff Signature 4 string bass. I get a lot of questions about this instrument, so I thought I'd make a short vid about it! Enjoy :)

Ok Lobster - I am just wondering - How many basses do you now have. Looks like a bit in the pic.

Thanks for all your work.

I'm honestly not sure ahahaha. I have about 10 that are at other peoples houses, and 40 something here. The number is always shifting.
