Yup. My drill couldn't drill through it and I couldn't get it fixed anywhere local. So I replaced it with a fretless Fender Jazz neck. Doesn't look as good but it plays much better.Is that one of those tree-vined fretless necks from China that you can get on ebay?

Oh man-oh-man-manischevitz! Yeah, there will be stray flakes when you assemble. I still find one here and there on the floor lol but sooo worth it! That's beautiful and sounds great!
