The official "Show your basses" thread part 19!

When I started looking around for P bass, I thought there sure were a lot of Black basses with white pickguard and RW fingerboard. Boring!... Then I found one for sub-$300 and have changed my tune! It is a standard series from 2005. I think it looks great and - with the addition of a functional bridge - plays and sounds great.

Thanks. My partner is a Lego fan and made the body for me. It's a bit treble-y but with some EQ it sounds OK.

hummm... so I guess all that "tone-wood is a bunch of malarkey" opinion is as I always thought. (re: an opinion only - I'm being very nice...)
