I'd like to put a Jazz neck on my Precision with a proper decal that has Precision on it.
That's really nice man. So the white J will be fretless? That will be cool too. Can't let that body go to waste ya know, it's a beauty.

I don't think they make them as a standard item anymore, but they'll probably make a set custom. The bridge pickup is slightly overwound, I was going for a FenderBacker situation with the neck at the 1" position & the bridge in the SCPB position
Also, yeah that's a KSM bridge, I heard so many good reviews I had to see for myself lol. I like it but I don't think it's the sustainiest or punchiest bridge I've played.
I keep thinking about swapping it for a traditional bent steel bridge to see if there'd be a difference, but I'm satisfied enough to not change
Gonna try rotosound strings for the first time in years with it. I really want the Bob Weston tone, and I'm about 90% there
This Yamaha SuperBass appeared out of nowhere when I had given up 15 years earlier trying to find a Jazz bass I liked.
I could never get comfortable with the skinny J necks and this thing is very much like my G&Ls. I feel very fortunate.

- Squier Affinity PJ signed by Meghan Trainor. I won it from a Coca-Cola sweepstakes and it's what got me back into music after a 10+ year hiatus.
- MIK Epiphone Les Paul, circa 2002 or so.
- Fender MIJ Boxer reissue. Probably the nicest instrument I've ever owned.
- Taylor Big Baby. Owl sticker is covering a hole in the soundboard, courtesy of American Airlines.
- Ibanez TMB100 and my current favorite. Bought for $50 because it was "broken". I hate gloss black so I stripped and repainted it. Yanked the electronics and made it passive. Only the P pickup is wired, single volume pot. Fretless conversion. Not pictured are my first set of flatwounds it currently wears, some Ernie Ball strings (it's all my local music store had).
That neck would distract me while playing it's so nice.That is the Pittman
It would but an inspirational distraction. The back of the neck is purely for the players. You catch a glimpse here and there
