Nice collection! I have one question? How is there still unblistered paint on your walls with that amount of cabinetry available?!?!?!? I would be so tempted to chain them together and crank it up!
I'm tempted all the time! I do run the 8x8 and 8x10's together and the sound is fantastic!
Love that Sterling. I've been meaning to get one when I get a chance, what are your thoughts on how it compares to your other basses?
It's awesome! It has the music man sound. It reminds me of a jazz bass with attitude. It's in my top 3 of 11.
If you are referring to the slide guitar hanging on the wall, My father and I made that about 20 years ago and let me tell you it is a tone monster.
Always proud to show off the family. Although unlike my real family, I definitely have a favorite - can you tell which one it is?

Hello all, long time lurker first time poster. Here's my Acoustic Bass, I built it from the Mark Stanley plans. There's a post here about one of his ABG's, that's where I got the idea, I did take some liberties... It has an elevated fingerboard and a Manzer style wedge. 34" scale,24 frets and the neck joins the body at the 16th fret. The top is Gracey's Polaris White Lacquer. It's my White Rabbit Bass, Black Walnut back and sides, Western Red Cedar top, Maple neck and trim. The headstock inlay is Mother of Pearl, Abalone, Recon Stone and some brass. The markers and purfling are all the same Recon Stone

As long as you wound up with a 1600.00 bass, sure why not? As long as it's worth it to you that's all that matters. I've done weirder things
Yeah, the giveaway is that it's the one not hanging on the wall. And yes, the thing is a tone machine.
