Here is my '88 or '89 PJ Precision made by local luthier. One may say nothing special, but back then it was a very precious bass to have here in Poland! Original Fenders could only be seen on Iron Maiden's VHS videos ;-)
So it stayed with me all this years! No longer take it to the gigs, but it is my main practice instrument so played pretty much everyday!

Just received this Vintera 50s Precision in trade today— I’m in LOVE with the finish color + the stock wound Fralins in it sound superrrrrrrb .. I sold my 1983 Precision 20 years ago and lordy I didn’t realize how much I’ve missed that Fender 1.75” nut width til I put hands on this one!!

Beautiful bass, and great job by the luthier. Looks a lot like an '80s MIJ Fender. I love that finish with the maple board. All the MIJ's I've seen have rosewood.

The Lakland is my latest and favourite bass. The 35” scale does wonders for the B string. Electronics are crisp and clear right from the lows on up to the high register.
