yup its just wired straight in, my other basses are so complicated with so many knobs and option i can never be happy, now i just have plug and play![]()

but, I have read many useful thing on here and I when I stumbled upon this thread which made me join after seeing all these basses with input from many very cool enthusiastic bass peoples.... Made me want to also post my bass. I'm short standing at 5'5" so I needed a short scale ... it isn't fancy or anything it's all stock but, I really do l like it. It is a Gretsch Electromatic Jet Jr plain and simple
